Avocado Bruschetta Sandwich

Take your avocado toast from open to closed sandwich! For those of us that go to multiple tailgates or need a little snack in between time outs, this is the perfect easy sandwich to keep you full until halftime. These can be made the morning of for an on-the-go snack when you’re stuck in game day traffic!

Pro tip: Mix up our Avocado Pesto Dip on one slice with our Cilantro Dip on the other slice for even bolder flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Ciabatta bread
  • Good Foods Avocado Pesto Dip
  • Good Foods Cilantro Dip
  • Fresh heirloom tomatoes
  • Fresh mozzarella
  • Basil leaves

Directions:

  • Spread Good Foods avocado pesto dip and cilantro dip on ciabatta bread.
  • Thinly slice your fresh heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella. Place tomatoes and mozzarella on your bread.
  • Add fresh basil leaves and finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

  • Zucchini ribbons
  • Carrot ribbons

Caprese Skewer Ingredients:

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil
