Elote Corn with Queso & Buffalo Dip
This Elote Corn with Queso recipe, from our friend @bestofvegan, is a simple and delicious way to add a twist to your classic corn on the cob with our Good Foods Queso Style Dip, and Good Foods Plant Based Buffalo Style Dip.
Ingredients:
- Good Foods Queso Style Dip
- Good Foods Plant Based Buffalo Style Dip
- 4 ears of grilled (or baked) ears of corn
- 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, the juice
- A pinch of each chili powder, paprika, sea salt, and cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Spread the queso style dip on two of the grilled corn and the Buffalo dip on the other two
- Add the lime juice to all of them and then sprinkle the seasonings and herbs on top
- Enjoy with some tofu & veggie skewers or any other grill season favorites
