Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) 

  • 1 cup Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip 

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 

  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese 

  • 2–3 green onions, thinly sliced 

  • Olive oil (for brushing) 

Directions

  • Preheat oven: 425°F (220°C). 
  • Prep dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle or circle. Transfer to a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. 
  • Spread dip: Evenly spread the Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip over the dough, leaving about ½ inch around the edges. 
  • Top with cheese: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the dip. 
  • Bake: Place in oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. 
  • Finish: Immediately sprinkle crumbled blue cheese and green onions on top while hot. 
  • Slice & serve: Cut into sticks or squares. Serve warm. 
    ✨ Tip: If you like extra heat, drizzle a little hot sauce over the top before serving.
