Cheddar Jalapeño Loaded Fries with Bacon
Cheddar Jalapeño Loaded Fries with Bacon
Ingredients
1 bag frozen French fries or potato wedges (about 20 oz)
1 cup Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeño with Uncured Bacon Dip
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2–3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional – the dip already has bacon)
2–3 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Bake the Fries
- Cook fries or potato wedges according to package directions until crispy and golden.
- Layer & Top
- Arrange fries on an oven-safe platter or baking sheet.
- Dollop or drizzle Good Foods Creamy Cheddar Jalapeno Dip evenly over the fries.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Melt & Crisp
- Place under the broiler (or back in the oven at 400°F) for 5 minutes, just until cheese melts and everything is hot.
- Finish & Serve
- Top with fresh jalapeño slices and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately, straight from the pan or transfer to a serving plate.
Notes
- Shortcut win: Using the Good Foods dip cuts out the need for sour cream, cream cheese, and separate jalapeño/bacon prep—it’s already blended with creamy cheese, smoky bacon, and a kick of jalapeño.
