Ingredients

  • 2 small yellow onions, thinly sliced

  • 7 ounces finely shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon dill

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Good Foods Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip, to serve

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Spread the cheese in an even layer over the parchment paper.
  • Arrange the onion slices in an even layer.
  • Brush the onions with the olive oil, then sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt, dill, and pepper.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the center of the pan starts to turn golden. Let cool for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to harden.
  • Break the chips into pieces and serve with Good Foods Feta Cucumber Tzatziki Dip.

    For those that are wondering, I pinned the recipe by accessing from my phone with the Pinterest app. While in the recipe, I click the share button (square shape with arrow coming out of top) at bottom of page on my screen and scroll through the options until I find Pinterest. Click Pinterest and choose your board.

    Delicious, but I’d withhold adding salt until after they’re done, if desired. The one teaspoon made them taste way too salty for my liking. Otherwise, great!
