Spinach Artichoke Parmesan with Crispy Plantains

Our friend @erinliveswhole helped us create this perfect marriage between Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip and the sweet and salty flavors of homemade crispy plantains.

Ingredients:

  • Plantains:
    • One large plantain
    • ¼ cup olive oil
    • Salt

Instructions:

  • For plantains
    • Slice one large plantain into thin rounds
    • Toss with ¼ cup olive oil
    • Bake on parchment lined sheet at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden brown
    • Add salt after the come out of the oven!

Directions:

  1. Serve with Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip
  2. Enjoy!
