Easy Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas 

  • Good Foods Buffalo Style Chicken Dip

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Cooking spray or a light brush of oil 

  • Optional toppings: drizzle of crema or sour cream, chopped green onions, or cilantro

Directions

  • Prep filling: In a bowl, mix the Buffalo Style Chicken Dip with shredded cheddar. (No need to add extra chicken since the dip already has it!)
  • Fill tortillas: Add about 2 Tbsp of filling across the center of each tortilla in a line.
  • Roll: Tightly roll each tortilla into a cigar shape. Place seam side down.
  • Cook (choose your method): 
    A. Air Fryer: Lightly spray with oil. Cook at 375°F for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy. 
    B. Oven: Brush or spray with oil. Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway. 
    C. Skillet: Heat a thin layer of oil. Fry taquitos seam-side down, about 3–4 minutes per side until crisp. 
  • Serve: Drizzle with ranch, sprinkle on green onions or cilantro, and enjoy with extra Buffalo dip on the side!
