Spinach and Artichoke Penne Pasta Salad

1 lb penne pasta
2 cups roughly chopped baby spinach
1 (12-oz) jar marinated artichokes hearts quartered, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Combine drained pasta, spinach, artichoke, Parmesan, Good Foods Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dairy Dip and bell pepper together in a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
