1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes, drained halfway
1 lb pasta shells, cooked and drained
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Directions
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for about 8 minutes, until turkey is cooked through and begins to brown. Transfer to plate and set aside.
- Add onion to the same skillet and cook until tender, about 5-6 minutes. Stir in garlic, and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Return ground turkey to skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes and Good Foods Nacho Cheeze Style Chip Dip and cook, stirring occasionally, until fully heated through, about 5 minutes. Add pasta and toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

Is there any reason you call this Taco Pasta? You have zero Taco seasoning and no spices to speak of. Just a cheese dip stir in.
